Principal Trainer and Facilitator

Veronica Broomes is an experienced researcher and communication skills trainer. Since the early 1990s, she has been training professionals to make verbal presentations at conferences and later she worked with entrepreneurs making business pitches and employees working in customer service and sales.

In addition to several courses and books on a range of communication skills, Veronica has been trained through the US-based Toastmasters International (TI)* programme at the levels of Competent Toastmaster (CTM) and following competion of the Advanced Programmes for Speaking to Inform and When you are the Discussion Leader was recognised as an Able Toastmaster (ATM-B). She is also a Competent Leader (CL)* having served in various leadership roles. Veronica is a member of the City of London Speakers Club and has served as a member of the Management Team of London Chapter of the Professional Speakers Association (PSA)**.
