EMENT COURSE
TOPICS COVERED This course equips financial managers with skills to communicate financial information with clarity and in a ‘jargon free’ manner. Training promotes understanding and learning for more effective communication between finance experts and non-financial managers and directors. Participants will be trained in techniques to promote learning and to develop simple strategies to make financial information more readily understood by non-financial managers and directors.
The course will provide attendees with techniques on how to provide greater clarity and make financial information understandable to their non-financial managers and directors. Attendees will leave the course with a greater understanding of how to repackage highly complex financial information in simple and succinct ways so as to increase clarity for managers and directors with very limited knowledge of financial systems. Attendees will be able to explain key financial concepts to non-financial audiences and begin creating a glossary relevant to their organisation.
