Cancellations and non-attendance

1. All requests for cancellation must be received in writing to the Training Director by email, letter or fax on 0845 054 2870, and will be acknowledged in writing.
2. Cancellations received up to 45 days before the start of training will be refunded in full, less 15% administrative charge.
3. Cancellations received between 20 and 44 days before the start of training will incur an administrative charge of 25% of the course fee.
4. Cancellations received between 7 and 19 days before the start date for training will incur a cancellation fee of 60% of the course fee.
5. Cancellations received within six days of the start of training will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the course fee.
6. There is no charge for transferring to an alternative course, provided the request is received 35 days or more before the start of the course.
7. There is no charge for selecting another participant from the same organisation to attend the course, provided the request is received 20 days or more before the start of the course.
8. There is no charge for transferring to an alternative date for the training, provided the request is received 35 days or more before the start of training.
9. Requests to transfer received 12 – 19 days before the start of the course will be subject to a transfer fee of 20% of the course fee.
10. Requests to transfer received 11 days or less before the start of training will be subject to the terms applicable to cancellation requests.
